
Job Description
As a Videographer at PWI, you will play a key role in producing visual content that supports our mission and strengthens our brand. You will film, photograph, and edit high-quality material that clearly communicates PWI’s values, craftsmanship, and commitment to serving our customers. This role is designed for an individual who combines creative skills with professionalism, dependability, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video and photography for marketing, product, and internal projects
- Edit video and photo content with strong sound design, color grading, and storytelling
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and grip equipment for studio and on-site shoots
- Manage project files, media organization, and backups
- Support the Content Manager in planning, preparing, and executing creative projects, including occasional travel for shoots

Education or Experience
- 2+ years of professional videography experience
- Experience with lighting, audio, and grip equipment
- Experience in editing, sound design, and color grading
- Experience filming podcasts or multi-camera content is a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid driver’s license
- Drone certification is a plus
Other Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with Sony camera systems (or similar mirrorless/cinema systems)
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is a plus
- Working knowledge of audio capture, lighting setups, and grip equipment
Physical Abilities
- Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move camera, lighting, and grip equipment
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs for production gear and setup
- Occasional kneeling, bending, climbing, or reaching during shoots
- Regular use of a computer for editing and project work
- Vision requirements include close vision for editing and reviewing footage, color vision for grading, and distance vision for framing shots and evaluating lighting setups
Cognitive and Communication Abilities
- Able to interpret creative direction and translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Able to communicate clearly with team members and people on set in verbal and written forms
- Able to solve technical problems with equipment, workflow, or lighting setups
- Able to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Location
- Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana.
- Some travel required for on-site shoots; mostly same-day trips. Must be comfortable flying when necessary.

Compensation
Starting Wage: $30-$35 per hour + overtime and annual profit sharing bonus

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
