I recently ordered a gantry from PWI for a customer of mine, and from the start, Derek Lenhart has been on top of the project. He was quick to produce a quote and able to work with and meet our requests. The whole process of getting it quoted, approved and out the door was right on time and smooth.
PWI and Newmar have worked together on many projects over the years. PWI has always delivered on time and on budget. They go out of their way to work around our production schedule.
Order was received 6 weeks after purchase (cant get anything custom in 6 weeks anymore). Went together as expected. All in all I will be going back to PWI for any future units.
