I recently ordered a gantry from PWI for a customer of mine, and from the start, Derek Lenhart has been on top of the project. He was quick to produce a quote and able to work with and meet our requests. The whole process of getting it quoted, approved and out the door was right on time and smooth.
PWI is incredible to work with and the salesman was very responsive. We needed a small overhead manual crane and they worked with us quickly to get the exact one we needed for a reasonable price. Now that the equipment is installed it looks great and even better; it's made in America.
