We had a need for a crane/hoist to support one of our welding manufacturing bays. We ordered this system with a hoist and it shipped within a few days. When it arrived, the parts were labeled and instructions were very clear. Our team installed the system in literally a matter of hours. The only issue was the ft/lbs of torque the instructions had for the floor mounts. We called to verify and they agreed it was too much and gave us the correct torque.
This system works flawlessly and has greatly improved the ergonomics of this production cell.
