If there's something wrong with the pendant, what should I check?
The first thing we check is if there is a loose wire in the pendant or in the hoist. This is usually the result of pulling the hoist by the pendant cable, rather than the chain. To make sure your pendant cable lasts for a long time, only move the hoist by its chain.
