Our Customer Service Manager will call you in 1 hour during normal business hours (Mon-Fri; 5AM - 3PM).
Our technicians will come out to your location the same day. If a repair is not possible, they will install a loaner hoist to keep your production running. We will stay in constant communication with you on our progress.

PWI's service area is a 2 hour radius (about 100 miles) from Nappanee.
For locations outside of that area, we work with Hoist & Crane Service Group who can service your hoist or crane.
Getting your production up and running quickly is our top priority. After you call or submit a service request, you can expect to hear back from our Customer Service Manager in 1 hour. After that, he will diagnose your problem and send out a service technician the same day if possible.

Limit switches can move if the chain is constantly run all the way up to the top. In order to avoid this, don't run the chain all the way to the top.
The most often case is that the batteries are dead. To get the most out of your battery life, make sure to turn off the transmitter when not in use.
The first thing we check is if there is a loose wire in the pendant or in the hoist. This is usually the result of pulling the hoist by the pendant cable, rather than the chain. To make sure your pendant cable lasts for a long time, only move the hoist by its chain.
It's usually the limit switch. Manually move the toggle up and down a few times and it should start working again.
