Job Description

As a Content Specialist at PWI, you will create diverse and engaging content across multiple mediums—including photography, videography, copywriting, and social media management—to drive revenue and boost brand awareness. You will manage internal content, cover events, and support marketing initiatives, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand narrative.

Education or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field of study.
  • 3+ years in content creation or similar role.
  • Experience with administering social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Physical Abilities

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle or free objects.

Cognitive & Communication Abilities

  • Able to perform basic math using money, weight, and distance measurements.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or blueprint form.

Location

  • Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana.
  • Willing to travel to jobsites.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 plus annual profit-sharing bonus.
Range is an average wage. Compensation is largely dependent on experience.

Hours

7 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday
