Job Description

As a graphic designer at PWI, your role will be to create diverse visual assets that are consistent with our brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with other marketing team members and PWI departments to create diverse print and digital material.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain brand styling across the company.
  • Website UI design and implementation through collaboration with web developers.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing high priority tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Staying informed on best design practices and industry trends.

Character

  • Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique design concepts.

  • Problem solver with strong discernment and decision-making skills.

Education or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, art, or a related field of study.
  • 3+ years of workplace experience in graphic design or related field.

Other Skills & Abilities

  • General proficiency with computers is essential
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Physical Abilities

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to type.
  • The employee frequently is required to talk, hear, and communicate with other employees both in person and while using a telephone.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Cognitive and Communication Abilities

  • Able to perform basic math using money, weight, and distance measurements.
  • Able to communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or blueprint form.

Location

  • Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 annually with profit-sharing bonus
Range is an average wage. Compensation is largely dependent on experience.

Hours

6:45 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday
