Job Description
As a graphic designer at PWI, your role will be to create diverse visual assets that are consistent with our brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other marketing team members and PWI departments to create diverse print and digital material.
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand styling across the company.
- Website UI design and implementation through collaboration with web developers.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing high priority tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Staying informed on best design practices and industry trends.

Education or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, art, or a related field of study.
- 3+ years of workplace experience in graphic design or related field.
Other Skills & Abilities
- General proficiency with computers is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Physical Abilities
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to type.
- The employee frequently is required to talk, hear, and communicate with other employees both in person and while using a telephone.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Cognitive and Communication Abilities
- Able to perform basic math using money, weight, and distance measurements.
- Able to communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or blueprint form.

- Willing to work on-site at PWI in Nappanee, Indiana

Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 annually with profit-sharing bonus
Range is an average wage. Compensation is largely dependent on experience.

6:45 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday
