Job Description
As an IT Systems Administrator at PWI, you are responsible for ensuring IT systems are fully functional and providing excellent IT support to the PWI Team. You will help to develop new IT systems and processes to help increase PWI’s effectiveness. This role demands great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Your position is vital for our team members to give 2nd mile service to our customers across the USA.

Education or Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (Preferred)
- 5+ years of IT Management experience
- Technical expertise in the following areas:
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Google Workspace Admin Management
- Network Management
- Phone System Management
- Security Management
- IT hardware knowledge
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Possess or able to obtain (training or certificates needed – i.e., Forklift, driver’s license, etc.)
Other Skills & Abilities
- High computer skills
- Basic Handheld Tool Operation
Physical Abilities
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and use hands and fingers to handle or free objects.
- The use of common hand tools and occasionally sharp tools are involved.
- The employee is required to talk, hear, and communicate with other employees both in person and while using a telephone.
- The employee must be able to move and/or lift objects up to 20-50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Cognitive and Communication Abilities
- Able to perform basic math using money, weight, and distance measurements.
- Able to communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or blueprint form.
